WELCOME TO HYIQ BASKETBALL!

BVSR is excited to be partnering with Jackson Hyland, owner of HYIQ Basketball, to provide quality basketball programs to Southern Chester County, PA.

HYIQ is a basketball training business committed to sharing, teaching and training the mental aspect of sports to achieve success on and off the floor. HyIQ strives to help individuals achieve any goal on and off the floor, whatever the the situation may be. Whether you are a professional or simply a young passionate athlete there is always potential for improvement, and we believe the key to that growth begins in the mind. By providing our athletes with the insight behind the skills we teach, we aim to create a collaborative environment with open communication between athlete, trainer and coach.

MEET JACKSON HYLAND

 

Jackson has a passion and love for the game of basketball that reaches beyond wins and losses.  Strategy and mental preparedness play key roles in Jackson's approach to coaching.  He has an incredible amount of experience working with students in camps and clinics both here in his community and in Plymouth, England.  Jackson created his own business and offers 3x3 & 5x5 leagues, camps, and training sessions.  Learn more about Jackson and his business at HYIQ!

 

A graduate of West Chester University, Jackson led the men's basketball team as team Captain.  He was a WCU Men's Basketball Athlete twice and was First Team All PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) and ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference.  Jackson has also played professionally in Plymouth, England.

Brandywine Valley Sports and Recreation is a community non-profit.

We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and positive environment devoted to promoting educational and competitive basketball for athletes in Southern Chester County. We seek to develop each player to the best of their ability and promote a spirit of sportsmanship and community with players, coaches, and parents/guardians.
