WELCOME TO WINTER BASKETBALL CLINICS!

We are excited to be partnering with Jackson Hyland owner of HYIQ to provide community basketball clinics this winter! These clinics seek to develop and enhance a student's skills as a basketball player both on an off the court.

Jackson has a passion and love for the game of basketball that reaches beyond wins and losses.  Strategy and mental preparedness play key roles in Jackson's approach to coaching.  He has an incredible amount of experience working with students in camps and clinics both here in his community and in Plymouth, England.  Jackson created his own business and offers a 3x3 league, camps, and training sessions.  Learn more about Jackson and his business at HYIQ!

The mission of Southern Chester County Basketball and its programs is to provide a fun, safe, and positive environment devoted to promoting educational, recreational and competitive basketball for athletes in Southern Chester County. We seek to develop each player to the best of their ability and promote a spirit of sportsmanship and community with players, coaches, and parents/guardians.

Program Structure

The clinics are for middle school boys and girls in 6th-8th grade.

Clinic Schedule

Clinic sessions are held at Kennett Middle School on Wednesdays from January 12th through February 9th:

Girls sessions are 6:00-7:15pm

Boys sessions are 7:30-8:45pm.

Equipment

Safety is of utmost importance to our organization and each player will need to provide his or her own equipment. It is up to parents/guardians to ensure their player is using equipment that meets current safety standards.  A basketball is all that is required. Sneakers can be worn, though basketball shoes are recommended.
